- Fragmented Pricing System: With 295 different price lists tailored for wholesalers, retailers, and end customers, managing and applying the correct prices was inefficient, error-prone, and resource-intensive.
- Inability to Scale Online: The complexity of their pricing structures hindered efforts to adopt digital commerce channels, forcing reliance on manual methods that slowed growth.

The Solution
Spinners & Spinners partnered with Flowcart to implement a solution tailored to their unique needs:
WhatsApp-Based Commerce Integration
Flowcart integrated S&S’s customer phone numbers with their Customer IDs. This allowed every incoming WhatsApp interaction to automatically match the correct customer account.
Automated Pricing Workflow:
Flowcart developed a zero-price Request for Quote (RFQ) system that seamlessly integrated customer orders on WhatsApp into S&S’s ERP system. The system identified the applicable price list based on the customer ID, automatically populated the quote, and sent it back to the customer via WhatsApp to confirm and pay.
Streamlined Order Management
Orders placed through WhatsApp were processed efficiently, reducing delays and improving customer satisfaction.
