Step-by-Step: Creating Loyalty QR Codes in Flowcart

Step 1: Go to Loyalty Points

Open your Flowcart dashboard and navigate to Loyalty Points.

Step 2: Open the Loyalty QR Tab

Click on Loyalty QR to start creating your unique QR codes.

Step 3: Choose How Many QR Codes You Need

Enter the total number of QR codes to generate.

Example:

If you’re labeling 1,000 products, create 1,000 QR codes.

By default, each QR code is linked to a sale action.

Step 4: Pick the Right Shop

Use the dropdown menu to select which shop or store location the QR codes belong to.

Step 5: Link Products

Search for the product names and assign QR codes to each relevant item.

This helps track scans and award the correct loyalty points per product.

Step 6: Set Loyalty Points per Scan

Decide how many points a customer earns when they scan the QR code.
Example:

If one crate of 100 tomatoes earns 100 points, scanning that code adds 100 points to the customer’s loyalty balance.

Step 7: Choose Who Can Earn Points

Select whether only registered customers or anyone who scans can earn loyalty points.

Step 8: Download Your QR Codes

You can choose between two formats:

• Download to Print: Ideal for packaging, flyers, or in-store placements.
  
• Download QR Code Link: For sharing online via WhatsApp, email, or social media.
  

Step 9: Print (Optional)

If you’re printing QR codes, connect to your printer and label your products or store materials.

Step 10: Track Scans and Performance

Go to the QR Analytics page to view scan data — including how many times each QR has been scanned and how each campaign is performing.
