Step-by-Step: Enabling Point-to-Cash Withdrawals

Step 1: Turn On Payment Gateway Withdrawals

Go to your Flowcart dashboard → Loyalty Points Settings.

Toggle on Payment Gateway under the withdrawal options.

This enables points to be redeemed as cash through your chosen payment provider (e.g., M-Pesa).

Step 2: Set a Minimum Redemption Limit

Enter the minimum number of points required before customers can withdraw.

Example:

Set 1,000 points if you want customers to reach that balance before converting.

Step 3: Define the Conversion Rate

Specify how much each point is worth in your store’s currency.

Example:

1,000 points = 1 KES

This means every 1,000 points equals 1 Kenyan Shilling when withdrawn.

Step 4: Enable “Withdraw Points to Payment Gateway”

Toggle on Withdraw Points via Payment Gateway.

Once active, customers can transfer earned points directly into their mobile money or card-linked wallet.

Step 5: Save Your Settings

Click Save Settings to confirm your setup.

Your redemption settings will apply immediately.
