WooCommerce Integration: Connect Your Store to Flowcart in Just a Few Minutes

Connecting WooCommerce with Flowcart turns your WhatsApp store into a fully synced, fully automated commerce engine. Once integrated, your product catalog, inventory, pricing, and orders stay perfectly aligned. 

No manual updates, no double entry, no errors.

This setup is quick, intuitive, and designed for busy businesses that want everything to “just work” behind the scenes while they focus on selling and growing.

Below is the complete, easy-to-follow setup guide.

Step 1: Generate Your WooCommerce API Keys

1. Log in to your WooCommerce Admin Dashboard.
   
2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
   
3. Go to the Advanced tab.
   
4. Click REST API.
   
5. Select Add Key.
   

Fill in the following:

• Description: Flowcart Integration
  
• User: Choose a user with admin access or create one
  
• Permissions: Read/Write
  

6. Click Generate API Key
   

WooCommerce will show you:

• Consumer Key
  
• Consumer Secret
  

These are displayed only once, so make sure to save them safely.

You’ll also need your:

• Store Domain URL
  

Once these three items are ready, move to your Flowcart dashboard.

Step 2: Connect WooCommerce to Flowcart

1. In Flowcart, go to:
   Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce
   
2. Enter:
   
   • Store Domain
     
   • Consumer Key
     
   • Consumer Secret
     
3. Choose your sync preferences:
   
   • Downsync: Import orders from WooCommerce to Flowcart
     
   • Upsync: Send Flowcart orders back to WooCommerce
     
   • Select your Currency
     
4. Click Save
   

Flowcart will begin syncing products and prices from WooCommerce into your account.

Step 3: Assign Your WooCommerce Catalog to a Route

After syncing:

1. Go to:
   Manage Routes → Edit Route
   
2. Choose the newly created WooCommerce Catalog
   
3. Click Update
   

Your WooCommerce store is now fully connected to Flowcart. 

Products, pricing, and order updates will flow seamlessly between both systems automatically.
